Are you feeling stressed?
Do you have trouble sleeping or concentrating/focusing in class? Do you feel overwhelmed at times? Are you frequently ill?
Have you ever thought about trying accupressure or other holistic options to relieve those issues? Would you like to learn more about these techniques? Attend this workshop series to learn about and experience a few well-known alternative therapies. You may find a technique that works for you!
All workshops will be help in the Student Center Room 236. Each workshop will end with a 30-45 minute stress relieving experiential session!
