User Agreement

Using the IM Fields is an agreement to:

  •  Pick up after your practice/game or event – do not leave trash! Do not overfill the garbage cans. If they are filling up, use the dumpsters behind the residence halls.
  • NO DOGS/PETS on the fields regardless of size! Please inform your club/team/coaches/officials/opponents/spectators to leave their dog(s) at home!
  • If you are using the IM South lights – call 303-273-3646 if your event ends early, so we can turn the lights off!
  • Even with confirmed availability, the field may not be available for usage if there is inclement weather (ice, snow, rain, etc.). In an attempt to preserve the field, practices/games and  events may be cancelled with little notice. If possible, please have a "Plan B" and/or let your club/organization/opponents/spectators know of the possibility of cancellation (especially if inclement weather is in the forecast) with little advanced notice.
